I am a freelance filmmaker, photographer and journalist.
I have worked as an accredited freelance correspondent cum camera person for Al Jazeera, reporting on a wide variety of topics including social, environmental and human interest stories from remote regions of Mongolia and Tajikistan.
I’ve also worked as a camera person, video journalist and film maker for various other clients including Great Big Story, CCTV News (now CGTN), Dutch Channel VPRO, Global Post (now part of PRI), AFP Services and international non-profits Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Agronomes et Vétérinaires Sans Frontières (AVSF) and People In Need (PIN).
My feature articles and photographs have been published and republished on various platforms including EurasiaNet.org, The Atlantic and Al Jazeera.
After fours years in Mongolia (2009-2013) and a overland bicycle journey across Central Asia and West Europe, I am currently based in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Contact me for video and/or photography work anywhere in the region.
